  • At GCPL, we are committed to providing equal opportunities and fostering a supportive work environment for everyone. As part of our efforts to create a more inclusive and accessible workplace, our team recently conducted a hiring drive for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) for our upcoming Greenfield plant in Tamil Nadu (India) in partnership with Atypical Advantage. This event saw participation from over 40 enthusiastic and talented candidates. Their talent and skills are a testament to the untapped potential within the PwD community, and we are thrilled to be able to make offers to many of these individuals for various roles across our factory.

Their connection is through feel, touch, sound and what they detect from the environment. They are unable to see but they're not "blind" to the "feedback". We at Reliance, in collaboration with Atypical Advantage, designed an immersive day at RCP, to shift perspectives, challenge perceptions, and foster deeper understanding of disability inclusion. Through four powerful activities, employees got a glimpse into the lived experiences of People with Disabilities (PwDs). With an overwhelming attendance of 500+ employees, this event was more than just a day of activities - it was a transformative journey where empathy met action and inclusion took root.
