Risshan Patil is a teenage singer on the autism spectrum. He has exceptional talent and an infectious smile that can win hearts and his love for music is unparalleled. Music serves as his refuge from social anxiety and a means of expressing himself.
Risshan is a student at the Gateway School of Mumbai, a special needs institution, where he enjoys singing Bollywood and English pop songs, as well as Hindi folk tunes. His musical idols range from Kishore Kumar and Coldplay to the Beatles and RD Burman. Risshan hopes that his music can promote awareness and make the world a more inclusive and special place to live. He has performed at numerous events, including for the Brooke Bond Red Labels 6 Pack Band 2.0, Bombay Hospital, Unilever, 9XM, KBC, Sa Re Ga Ma little champs, and Inner Wheel District.
