Role- Analyst

Location- Gurgaon/Noida (Local candidates only)

Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities

•Working closely with the Audit Team and onshore Planning team to align client requests.

•Working on global planning related systems like Retain and Web Planning.

•Catering requests received on various internal planning related tools like adhoc & ePlanning.

•Acknowledge the requests received on various functional mailboxes for making planning adjustments for various resources and multiple clients.

•Make sure all information required prior to starting work is available and raise queries to people concerned accordingly.

•Accountable for producing and delivering high quality work within specified timeframe and per instructions received from onshore/client.

•Preparation of various daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to be shared with various stakeholders.

•Deliver resource planner role at KGS and conduct planning related calls with concerned group and assist them in their planning related queries.

•Keep resource data up to date in reports and in planning system.

•Conduct open communication (both written and verbal) with all stakeholders (both at KGS & NL).
         

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree

•Knowledge of Intermediate level of Excel

Work experience

•Total Experience: 0 – up to 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (if yes, preferably with a Big 4).
