Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with proficiency in Java, HTML, jQuery, and MySQL.
• Experience in leading development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Actively participate in coding and development activities, demonstrating expertise in Full Stack technologies.
• Lead the design and development of Full Stack applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with coding standards.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, contributing to the development of business-driven solutions.
• Ensure the successful and timely completion of projects within allocated resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance and testing.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
