About Role:
GCPL is hiring Persons with Disabilities and they are looking for Assistant Manager – Personal Care (Media) with strong expertise in media planning and strategy. The role will focus on audience-led media planning, media measurement, campaign optimisation, and understanding how media performance contributes to overall brand and business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, good understanding of media research tools, and experience working with data to develop effective media strategies.

Role: Assistant Manager – Personal Care (Media)

Type of Employment: Full time, Work from office

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field

Experience Required: 4–7 years in media planning, media strategy, or integrated media planning.

Experience with leading media agencies such as WPP, Mindshare, Wavemaker, Essence, PHD, or Lodestar would be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in FMCG, Personal Care, or other consumer-facing categories will be preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in media planning and media strategy.
Strong understanding of audience-led and reach-first planning.
Knowledge of media research and measurement tools such as:
- BARC
- Comscore
- TGI
- GWI
- Reach and media planning tools
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including building and validating models.
Understanding of media measurement, optimisation, and campaign effectiveness.
Ability to connect media performance with brand and business outcomes.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

Salary & Compensation: 18- 20 LPA

Location: Mumbai Head Office
