DEI Trainee

Location - Mumbai – Hybrid
Stipend - Up to ₹50,000/month
Duration - 9-month traineeship

Responsibility:
1. Inclusive Policies & Workforce Practices
You will support the development and rollout of policies that make GCPL a more accessible and equitable workplace - for employees across all identities and abilities.
 Support the building of GCPL's DEI Policy Usage and Applicability Matrix.
 Assist with the rollout of Policies & Practices with an inclusion lens across India and global locations.

2. DEI Learning & Awareness
You will help build content that shifts mindsets - enabling employees across GCPL to understand, recognise, and champion inclusion in their everyday work.
 Support the development of Inclusion e-learning modules for global rollout.
 Coordinate across HR and L&D teams to drive module adoption and completion.

3. ERG Foundation & Governance
You will help build and strengthen GCPL’s ERGs
 Strengthen governance for Godrej Ki Shakti, GCPL’s Women in Manufacturing ERG, through robust tracking, site coordination and support for program rollouts.
 Support the design and operationalization of community structures for PwD and LGBTQIA+ employees, while building the foundation for other ERGs to enable global adoption and accelerate their rollout across GCPL.

4. DEI Architecture
You will help build and strengthen the DEI knowledge Management system
 Build a global DEI knowledge ecosystem that enables POCs across markets to easily access, share and leverage DEI resources, best practices and toolkits through a centralised SharePoint and clear governance framework.
