Front Office Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests at the reception area.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk communications professionally.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
* Manage office and pantry supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
* Maintain records related to expenses, vendors, office systems, and visitor logs.
* Monitor visitor access and ensure adherence to office security procedures.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
* Assist the HR team with employee engagement and other administrative activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Prior experience in a Front Office, Reception, or Administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
