Job Description
1. Achieve Group Revenue target.
2. Individual performance & quality check of case handling with no escalations.
3. Be a liaison between the Sales Team and the other departments in IndiGo with regards to any
group travel.
4. Maintaining required TAT to achieve for all quotes.
5. Any other Duty/Task assigned from time to time.
• Education Qualification: Graduate
• Industry preference: Travel/Airline
• Years of experience: 1-2 Experience / Fresher
• Nature of experience: Ticketing/ reservation or airline background
• Current role: Executive
• Good working Knowledge of Flight Speed, Mini Soft & MS Office will be preferred.
CTC is negotiable.
