HR Executive
Business Unit: Oil Palm Business | Function: Human Resources
Location - Chintampalli, Andhra Pradesh
Role Summary
The HR Executive will manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for the Oil Palm Business unit, ensuring accurate and timely HR operations support for employees at the location.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage statutory compliance – PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF.
- Handle onboarding, exit formalities and employee records/HRIS updates.
- Manage attendance, leave and time-office administration.
- Reconcile payroll data with Finance and resolve employee queries.
- Support internal/statutory audits and MIS/HR reporting.
