HR Trainee – Global Functions

Location : Mumbai – Head Office
Stipend : Up to ₹50,000/month
Duration : 10-month traineeship

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in day-to-day people management support for Global Functions across global locations.
2. Coordinate onboarding and induction for new joiners across the global functions, ensuring a consistent experience.
3. Support employee engagement initiatives - pulse surveys, FGDs, action planning, recognition, townhalls - and help
consolidate insights into actionable themes.
4. Maintain and update HR dashboards/trackers (attrition, headcount, open positions, RAG status) for leadership visibility.
5. Assist in coordinating talent acquisition support with central hiring team – JD management, interview scheduling, and campus hiring logistics where relevant.
6. Help design and deliver learning/development interventions (workshops, IDP) for people managers within assigned functions.
7. Partner with Centre of Excellence teams (Talent, L&D, Total Rewards) to localize and roll out people programmes.
8. Prepare periodic HR MIS/reports and presentations for leadership reviews.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree mandatory with 2 years of experience across HR field- Learning, Campus/Talent Acquisition, or HR Support; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2. Strong proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; exposure to HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
3. Good communication skills, given exposure to global/cross-functional teams across time zones.
4. High learning agility, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
