Internal Logistic Operator

We’re looking for an Internal Logistic Operator to join Team in Kolkata.

This role is of Transport Planner - Regional Transport Strategy which should include all modes of transportation. Network Optimization, Transport policies & process in line with compliance and strategy .

What you'll do:

• IWD Transport – target as set
• DRM / OTIF / OMR – target as set
• Transport productivity / Transport cost roadmap realization
• External Transport related KPI’s (with providers): COTA (Carrier On Time Arrival), COD (Confirmation of Delivery), CSA (Carrier Shipment Accuracy), DOT (Delivered on Time – shipments)
• Process adherence KPIs for processes in the domain
• % Completeness process framework in the assigned domain
• Team Survey – NPS
• Logistics complaints in transport on benchmark levels
• Continuous improvement of relevant quality and speed KPIs for the processes in the domain.

Location: Kolkata

Budget: INR 6.50 LPA fixed + 15% variable; Insurance and other benefits as per policy.
