We have another great opportunity for you all. We have received a mail from McKinsey & Company for Junior Business Presentation Designer .

Location- Chennai

Experience : 0 to 3 years of design experience with a graduation in visual communication, media, or any other design specialization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Updated portfolio of graphic design work showcasing samples of branding, slides/decks, layouts, booklets, posters, banners, logos, and/or illustrations in a single PDF file or a web-based portfolio, such as Behance or Dribble
Graduate or final-year student in a design-related field such as graphic design, advertising design, or architecture
1+ years of professional experience/internship or freelancing in a graphics-related field
Knowledge of Adobe suite and ability to express ideas graphically; Additional skills (e.g., motion design, illustration, 3D modeling, vectorial illustration and/or isometrics, web design, UX) are a plus
Ability to communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—in English (C1 level - CEFR or equivalent))
Good time management and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and drive for continuous improvement and results
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
Outstanding client orientation
Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours
