Role - Legal Executive
Disability- Any mild disability below 50% would work
Qualification- Only CS ( Company secretary) qualified candidates eligible
Job roles and responsibilities-:
Support in handling of investor grievance mechanism, co-ordination with RTA.
Support in convening of board meetings, committee meetings, AGM/EOGM/Postal Ballot of the company/group companies.
Support in completion of regulatory requirements/filings as per Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
Support in handling of secretarial audit, internal audit and statutory audit.
