Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

1. Completing assigned manufacturing tasks, operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers and company guidelines.
2. Following company policies and work procedures. 
3. Ensure safety protocols are maintained at all times.
4. Work in a multi-skilled team in an efficient manner to meet the department targets and goals. 
5. Be involved in Processing Raw Materials into the final Product
   • Accept job assignments, identify any special customer requests, prioritize and complete all tasks required to process product.
   • Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate any issues or problems encountered during setup or while processing product.
   • Follow Company and Department Policies and Procedures
   • Provide or accept feedback as necessary to leads/trainers and supporting personnel (i.e. Planning or Engineering)
   • Complete Certification and Recertification - Participate in assigned training and involve in regular learning

Requirements:

1. Ability to read, write, and understand English
2. Diploma Holders (Any Stream) or ITI with experience
3. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply

1. General Shift during induction period  – 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM after which three shifts will be there (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
