Master Data Specialist

Location: Noida

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

What you’ll do 

• Support the business (Markets as well Factories) by creating Material Masters, Customer Master, Vendor Master, and Employee Master after doing the due diligence as per the company policy.
• Develop and maintain the organization's master data ownership, procedures for data governance, data quality, and data management.
• Oversee the maintenance and consistency of master data related to a smooth supply chain execution.
• Managing the Change Request process to deal with requests for changes related to master data.
• Regular checks of master data and tables on quality, completeness, and consistency to assure the reliability of business processes and reporting tools
• Analyse data quality issues and implement data cleansing processes.
• Maintain the harmonized code and TAX Master for sales order entry as per product categorization.
• Conduct root cause analysis and take corrective actions for delays/deviations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, factories, product marketing, order desk, finance, and sales, to ensure that master data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Responsible for successfully completing Quarterly, Internal & External audits.

1. Experience: 1 to 3 Years of experience in Master data domain.
2. Good Knowledge on the following IT systems:

• Well Versed in Advanced Excel & Macros.
• Working knowledge in Power BI.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Point.

 Good Knowledge on the following Data Management Function

• Item Master Creation module, Customer Master & Vendor Master.
• Pricing and tax structure.

 Subject Matter Expert Knowledge:

• SAP – MM Module
• SAP - SD Module
