Summary:
As a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at Godrej Properties, you will be a key player in executing D&I strategies and interventions at the zone level.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the central D&I team to implement and customize D&I strategies and interventions at the zonal level and ensure seamless execution.
Talent Sourcing Support and Inclusive Onboarding: [25%]
Partner with the Zonal Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract diverse candidates, particularly from LGBTQ and PWD communities.
Execute an inclusive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring sensitivity and awareness.
Conduct monthly training sessions for all new employees on sensitization and awareness programs.
Program Management: [25%]
Oversee the execution of internship programs such as the Pride Internship and Internship for PwD in the respective zone.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for interns and actively engage with them throughout their internship tenure tracking the milestones during their internship journey with the aim to have maximum conversion to full time employees.
Responsible for the smooth execution of other D&I programs and initiatives such as Mentorship program, Accessibility Initiatives and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) example – 1 to 1 Parental Support & Gender Transition Support.
Collaborate with campus team for program and campus cohort management for batches of Acer (Graduate Learning Program), Business Leadership Program (BLP) - Gallop and Gurukul (B-School Summer Internship)
HR Business Partnering for Focus Cohorts: [25%]
Function as an HR Business Partner for focus cohorts, providing support and addressing their specific needs with the required sensitivity.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through regular interactions and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Engagement for Focus Cohorts: [25%]
Plan and execute celebrations and awareness initiatives for focus cohorts, including International Women's Day, Pride Month, Transgender Awareness Week, International Day for Awareness of PwD, etc.
Act as a key support for the Zonal chapters of the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) focused on diversity and inclusion.
Collaborate with ERGs in organizing events, workshops, and initiatives.
Education:
· Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA or Psychology
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Excellence and Diversity and Inclusion roles
Skills:
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Title- Executive-Customer Centricity
Functional skills -
Thoroughly knowledgeable of Real Estate products and related processes for
ensuring topmost experience at all milestones of customer lifecycle journey from On boarding to Handover
Strong knowledge of Real estate IT platform - ERP & CRM applications. Online tools.
Comfortable with handling data of Sales Admin, Customer Service parameters,
Basic analysis of data and handling data queries.
Addressing customer queries
Captures customer queries generated through the ‘Sales Force dot com’ (SFDC)
Informs and updates customers of the project status
Adheres to the process to prepare an escalation matrix to address customer complaints
Customer complaints redressal
Implements processes that ensure the timely generation of payment receipts to customer, thereby significantly reducing customer queries
Handles escalated customer complaints / queries generated via phone calls, emails, or walk-ins
Coordination
Coordinates between departments and the customer to resolve customer queries
Represents customer queries at the Corporate Office
Generates payment advice form basis collections received from customers
Verifies post collections - payment advice, and sends cheques for clearance.
Verifies cheque clearance and updates customer in case of issues e.g cheque bounce etc)
1. KEY DELIVERABLES / KEY RESULT AREAS
The role involves building customer relationship through resolving customer complaints and
implementing processes for streamlining turnaround time for redressal of customer grievances,

Job Description – Facility Executive / Site Admin
CTC will be 30-35K PM Immediate Joining

Roles & Responsibilities: - Site Operations Management - Effectively manage Facility team to ensure an on time deliverable system. - Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for sites - Vendor Management - Monitoring the inward & outward registers of Vendors & Material - Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained - Provide assistance to stake holders in all administrative functions, security issues and Facility services and any other administrative functions deemed by sites head/PD - Ownership of the day to day administration, including reports generation of the stocks tracker - Muster all the housekeeping staff of the shift before deployment and communicate the priorities of the day - Inspect the turn out and attendance of the staff and sign the shift register during the monthly Invoicing - Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints - Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions - Managing Micro Kitchen for stacking of Food & Beverage, cleanliness, vending machines, Stock Maintenance and all time availability of the same - Monthly Accruals to be submitted to the RO - Co-ordinate with Space planner for any moves. - Oversee Horticulture requirements at site. - Maintain Asset Register

Position Requirements
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in any industry
Critical Skills:

Treasury Management
PBT & Cash Flow Management : Manage day-to-day cash flows for the project through daily monitoring, scenario planning and appropriately devising means to expedite inflows and reduce outflows
