Role: Operation Intern
Responsibilities:
* Handle compliance-related work
* Manage and maintain high-value data entries with strong attention to detail
* Support day-to-day backend and coordination activities
* Work comfortably on systems with basic Excel usage
Eligibility: Graduates
Skills & Preferences:
* Basic knowledge of Excel is required
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred
* Marathi language skills would be an added advantage
* Primary focus is on interest, willingness to learn, and long-term commitment
* Freshers are preferred as the team would like to train and mould candidates internally
* Looking for candidates interested in building a long-term career opportunity
Internship Duration: 3-5 months
Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Full-Time Opportunity- Yes
Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month + variable pay ranging from ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on the performance and revenue model)
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune
Work mode: Work from office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
