Production Associate

Roles & Responsibilities include -

• Operation of high-speed machines. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical aspects and ensuring efficient delivery of output against production plan 
• Routine Maintenance of machines - basic trouble shooting to help avoid machine downtimes 
• Ensuring Shopfloor related improvements through participation in QC Circle, TPM, Kaizen etc.
• Ensuring line / machine safety by highlighting unsafe incidents, participating in Safety committee meetings, adherence to PPEs etc.
• Sustaining a collaborative culture on the shopfloor through participating in various culture building initiatives etc 
• Ensuring Quality parameters that have been declared from time to time have been met efficiently without any deviations 
• Ensuring continuous improvements on the machine / lines to help deliver higher efficiency and machine output 
• Ensuring self-Improvement through updating on various aspects pertaining to the line production and maintenance - providing feedback on improvement etc.
• Adhering to all management instructions on Discipline, Safety, Performance and Production parameters at all times without any deviation
