DESIGNATION: Executive / Senior Executive

DEPARTMENT NAME: Marketing & Sales

LOCATION: Pune/Bangalore/Ahmedabad

 

CTC- Will depend on your last drawn or experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through augmenting current channel

partner base in new geographies & for closing the sales process with appropriate.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: MBA / Graduate with 1- 5 years of sales experience.

 

Key Accountabilities - :

Channel Partner screening and creating a network of channel intermediaries

Screens for potential channel partners, with specific target markets, in consistence with the

business requirements

Considers factors like size, viability, suitability for target market, management competency, etc of

the channel partners

Researches on channel partners’ track record, experience, credibility, technical knowledge, etc

Maintains the paperwork related to channel partner registration

Creates and maintains a database of channel partners

Managing Channel Network

 Aligns the channel partner with the organization’s long term goals to ensure maximum mutual

profitability

 Develops a roadmap for establishing a smooth and stable working relationship with the channel

partner

 Compares revenue impact vs availability of alternatives while dealing with partners.

 Follows up with channel partners to meet targets

 Maintains MIS records of Channel partners’ performance

 Keeps track of invoices and payments from channel partners.
