DESIGNATION: Executive / Senior Executive
DEPARTMENT NAME: Marketing & Sales
LOCATION: Pune/Bangalore/Ahmedabad
CTC- Will depend on your last drawn or experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through augmenting current channel
partner base in new geographies & for closing the sales process with appropriate.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: MBA / Graduate with 1- 5 years of sales experience.
Key Accountabilities - :
Channel Partner screening and creating a network of channel intermediaries
Screens for potential channel partners, with specific target markets, in consistence with the
business requirements
Considers factors like size, viability, suitability for target market, management competency, etc of
the channel partners
Researches on channel partners’ track record, experience, credibility, technical knowledge, etc
Maintains the paperwork related to channel partner registration
Creates and maintains a database of channel partners
Managing Channel Network
Aligns the channel partner with the organization’s long term goals to ensure maximum mutual
profitability
Develops a roadmap for establishing a smooth and stable working relationship with the channel
partner
Compares revenue impact vs availability of alternatives while dealing with partners.
Follows up with channel partners to meet targets
Maintains MIS records of Channel partners’ performance
Keeps track of invoices and payments from channel partners.
