Job Title: Sr. Associate – Production (Process)

About the role: GCPL is hiring PwD for the role of Sr. Associate-Production. Who has prior experience in manufacturing industry and in production related work.

Job Category: Full-Time Employee (FTE)

Skills required:

Core Functional Expertise: TPM / TQM / 5S / ISO / SAP / Manufacturing systems. Knowledge of Equipment’s and machinery’s- Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Complete the Production as per plan with required quality and Safety.
Monitor and maintain all KPI’s as per TPM road map.
Responsible for all audits (Internal/External) for shop floor Production and Packing areas.
Preparation of various reports and presentations.
Support all improvements projects or new projects.
Shift wise Production booking (Auto) in SAP.
Ensure to rework /Normal loss % well within the Standard.

Eligibility: 4+ experience FMCG manufacturing.

Education Qualification: BE / B Tech Core streams (Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Etc)

Salary (CTC): ₹4-6 LPA
