Job Description
 End to End responsibility for Payroll, Final settlements of employees
 Actively work with HR, External agencies, payroll partner, other business partners
 Ensure legal compliance with relevant Acts - Profession Tax, Income Tax, ESI, LWF etc.,
 Regular monitoring of statutory amendments and their effective implementation
 Ensure that all statutory payments are made as per due dates and filing of returns
 Periodic review and updation of SOPs, Company Policies and ensure execution
 Identify the process gaps and effectively address in line with Company policies
 Regular review of GL and Vendor Accounts and ensure keep the hygiene
 Identify the areas for simplification, automation and closely work with technical team
 Monitoring Employee query management and ensure appropriate redressal and ensure employee delight
 Actively work with Internal, Statutory and SOX auditors and providing necessary data
 Analytical review of all employee data and providing adequate insights for cost reduction
 Preparation and circulation of periodic MIS and dash boards with key highlights
 Closely work with business partners for financial bookd closure as per timelines
 Actively engage with employees and educate them on the policies, tax changes etc.
