Role Purpose
We are looking to hire BCA/BSc graduates who are eager to start their professional technology careers through a structured early-career program. The role provides foundational technical training, hands-on exposure, and project deployment across business units. Candidates will undergo assessments and a mandatory pre-skilling phase designed to build industry-relevant capabilities before onboarding into full-time employment.

Year of Passing:
Primary intake: 2025 pass-outs
Also eligible: 2024
Candidates must meet academic and hiring standards defined during screening and assessment.

Pre-Skilling Program

Nature: Qualifying stage prior to onboarding

Prepare candidates for project deployment
Even candidates who do not qualify gain market-relevant skills

Deployment Locations (based on project requirements):
Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi and other company locations
Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days office / 2 days work-from-home (recommended for early career learning and collaboration)
Duration - 5 Year Program
