Jigansa holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and initially taught computer networking fundamentals before becoming a full-time tuition teacher for students from classes 1 to 8. In addition, she is a certified Art of Living Yoga teacher and practices the Sudarshan Kriya daily without fail. Jigansa settled in the temple town of Somnath (Veraval) in Gujarat after getting married. In her spare time, she brings her artistic ideas to life on canvas.
