Sitaramacharyulu V, born on June 26, 1964, in Rajahmundry, developed a passion for art under the guidance of his grandfather, who inspired him despite the lack of specialized schools for specially-abled children. He earned a diploma from Damerla Rama Rao Memorial Art Gallery and retired as a government employee from ICAR-CMFRI, where he contributed to office magazines. Sitaramacharyulu has illustrated for renowned publications like Chandamama, Vikatan, Dinamalar, and Bujjai. Dedicated to empowering the speech and hearing-impaired community, he has taught painting to specially-abled children and served as Treasurer of TNFD. His artwork has been showcased in exhibitions in Bangkok, Bangalore, and Tata Sabal Awards.
