Atypical Advantage facilitated Disability Sensitization Session for Aditya Birla leaders in Mumbai. Led by our Founder & CEO, Vineet Saraiwala, this session was attended by over 40+ leaders of Aditya Birla in Mumbai. The highly interactive session fostered a deeper understanding of disability-related issues, encouraging active participation and open discussions. It aimed to empower the employees with the knowledge and tools necessary to create a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

At four Crisil locations—Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Pune—over 250+ employees took part in our experiential learning booth to understand the challenges faced by persons with disabilities. Through fun and eye-opening activities like The Blindfold, Twisted Vision, Wheelchair Maze Race, and the Sign Language Booth, employees stepped into a whole new world to experience life from a different perspective. What a privilege it was hosting a Doodling and Neurodiversity Workshop for HSBC. With over 180+ participants joining us virtually to celebrate the power of neurodiversity, this workshop unlocked their creativity in the most beautiful way. The session started with Darshana Sawant, sharing stories and insights about her life that helped the employees of HSBC see the brilliance of neurodiverse minds, followed by another session that featured Varun Naren. A neurodiverse artist, who, alongside his incredible mom, led a doodling activity that had everyone tapping into their inner artist. By the end, it wasn’t just about doodles on paper—it was about breaking barriers, shifting perspectives, and understanding how diversity drives innovation.

Nexus Sets a New Standard for Inclusion with a Magical Experience

In a heartwarming display of inclusivity, Nexus organized a special magic show for their hearing and speech-impaired colleagues. Sheetal, one of India's pioneering hearing-impaired magicians, enthralled the audience with her mesmerizing performance. The event took a deeper dive into connection as Sheetal shared her inspiring journey and engaged in an interactive session with the team, leaving everyone in awe. Her energy and enthusiasm was so contagious, that everyone in the room could feel it!
