In December, Amazon hosted a leadership event centered around the theme "Amplify Leadership of People with Disabilities," which went beyond words to offer tangible actions, opportunities, and more. As part of the event, talented artists with disabilities - Thyagraj, Ajay Jayprakash, Archana Gokhale, and Jyothi K Kumar - were given the platform to create canvases that embodied strength, resilience, and the remarkable leadership within the disability community. These stunning works were part of a special collection of 20 paintings, each gifted to respected leaders and dignitaries, highlighting the exceptional talent and creativity of these artists.

Tiffany Brar, a renowned motivational speaker with a visual impairment, was invited by WNS to raise awareness about accessibility and inclusion among their employees. Not only did she speak about the difference between an accessible and inaccessible school, but she also shared her experiences of navigating multiple challenges that life has thrown her way. The session was well-received by over 100 attendees, who were inspired by Tiffany's journey.

At one of the SpiriTED Evenings at our Inclusion Retreat Workshop in Ahmedabad for Nestle, Sharan, performed for everyone on the most trending song and you can't miss its ending!
