From the southern cities of Cochin, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai to the northern hub of Gurgaon, eastern Kolkata, and western Pune, Mahindra Logistics embarked on a groundbreaking journey with Experiential Workshops, across the country. For the first time, they glimpsed into the lives and challenges of persons with disabilities, and the experience was nothing short of eye-opening! Over 700 employees participated in customized activities tailored to each location, sparking a revolution of inclusion within Mahindra Logistics! This storm of inclusion has washed over the minds and hearts of all who attended, forever changing the way they perceive and interact with persons with disabilities.

The NürnbergMesse Christkindlesmarkt (NCM) in Bengaluru was a resounding success, and we're thrilled to have been a part of it! From November 30th to December 1st, the picturesque Jayamahal Palace Lawns transformed into a winter wonderland. But what made this event truly exciting was the inclusion of our talented artists! Archana Golkhale mesmerized the audience with her live art demonstrations, while Karan Arora brought smiles to faces with his caricature stall. And, Ritvik's soulful singing performance left everyone enchanted! The event saw an impressive footfall of over 500 people, and it was heartwarming to see our artists' talents being recognized and appreciated.

To celebrate International Month of Persons with Disabilities, Smoor Chocolates went above and beyond. They not only provided a talented visual artist from Bangalore with an artistic platform but also treated our city's artists to a special celebration. The Smoor team hosted a delightful lunch and get-together for the artists and their families at their Whitefield, Bangalore store. The event was a huge success, with everyone enjoying the food, hospitality, and thoughtful gestures, including chocolates and Santa caps for all. It was a heartwarming display of intent and community spirit.

We're thrilled to announce that Atypical Advantage has joined forces with the Tamil Nadu Government to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through upskilling, placement, and inclusive opportunities. In a significant milestone, our Head of Blue Collar Inclusive Hiring, Laharee, met with Tmt. M. Lakshmi, IAS, Director for Welfare of the Differently Abled in Chennai, to sign this landmark MOU. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Government of Tamil Nadu for their dedicated support in our mission to promote inclusive hiring practices.
