Over the past four years, we've witnessed incredible journeys - from smiles and tears of joy to talents blossoming into livelihood opportunities. This year, on completion of our fourth-year anniversary, we have launched our first-ever Impact Report covering our Mission & Vision, Remarkable campaigns, Collaborations & Partnerships, and some exciting news from our inception in December 2020 to the end of FY 2023-24. From State Street's Live Canvas and performance in Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad, to Smoor's innovative Glass Facade painting and artists meet-up in Bangalore, to a hilarious stand-up comedy show for Zomato and Godrej, to Experiential Atypical Workshops for Mahindra Logistics, PWC, Asian Paints across multiple locations in India, to innumerable motivational speaker sessions, the list goes on! We are so grateful that every year, more and more companies are understanding the essence of inclusion and making it a crucial part of their workforce.

At Atypical Advantage, we believe in creating opportunities for people with disabilities to shine and achieve their dreams. Our training program in Mumbai was a great success, and here’s what one of our students had to say.
