As we celebrate national recognition from the President of India, another ray of hope shines bright in London! A dream we envisioned together with Revati Sharma a few years ago has finally become a reality. We faced setbacks, but we didn't give up. Finally, our London Exhibition, "Art Through My Eyes," successfully concludes.

We're overwhelmed with gratitude as friends in London came forward to support, young adults volunteered, and visitors left with smiles after experiencing the exhibition. This is the power of Indian artists, and this is the power of art. Thank you to everyone who poured their heart and soul into making this event a success, and to the talented artists who made this exhibition truly special.

Disability Sensitization Sessions: From exploring fun challenges like tying shoelaces with one hand and experiencing the difficulties faced by individuals with limited mobility, to delving into concepts of inclusion, biases, equity, and disability myths with a engaging twist, the Zomato session was a thought-provoking experience for all attendees.

Meanwhile, our Founder & CEO, Vineet Saraiwala, along with our Head of Blue Collar Inclusive Hiring, conducted an eye-opening sensitization session for Dr. Reddy's leaders. This session not only raised awareness about often-overlooked concepts but also prompted leaders to reexamine inclusion in the workplace. Be it a virtual session for Dr. Reddy's or an offline session for Zomato, the Disability Sensitization Workshops are always a hit among companies.

On December 3rd, 2024, Tata Power partnered with Atypical Advantage to host "Inclusive Ink – Let's Doodle Together," a virtual doodle workshop led by the talented Varun Naren. This unique event celebrated creativity, diversity, and inclusion, empowering participants to explore their artistic side while honoring ability, collaboration, and belonging. Varun's heartfelt doodles paid tribute to visionary leaders Shri Ratan Tata and Bharat Ratna Shri JRD Tata, adding a touching dimension to the event.
