Conferred as the Highest Civilian Honour of the country, Atypical Advantage is thrilled to share that we will be receiving the prestigious National Award for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities 2024, under the category "Divyang Sashaktikaran Hetu Sarveshrestha Sansthan" by the President of India. We hosted our first ever 3-Days Inclusion Kindness Retreat for Nestle this September in Ahmedabad. What started as three separate groups of corporates, volunteers and persons with disabilities, soon became one. By the end of the third day, everyone was mingling, sharing laughter, vulnerability, and a powerful sense of connection. Mothers cried tears of joy seeing their children thrive, while corporate professionals stepped out of their comfort zones to discover the power persons with disabilities hold within. Witness glimpses of that incredible journey – leaders daring to be vulnerable, voices eager to be heard, and connections that will last forever.
