Shreya Gupta, a talented artist with hearing impairment, painted a trail of joy from Jamshedpur to Jabalpur for the Tata Group of Companies. Her show-stopping mural at the East Zone Neurodiversity and Abilympics Meet paved the way for an interactive masterpiece at Divya Kala Mela, where attendees added their handprints to a massive canvas, forming the foundation of Shreya's painting. Atypical Advantage recently conducted pan India job drives, interviewing thousands of candidates over the past month for the inclusive hiring initiatives of leading companies like Tata Motors, Godrej Consumers, Amazon and JK Cement among others. Our team's nationwide outreach revealed some exceptional talents while some needing skill refinement, but all sharing a common thread- a strong self-belief, confidence, and radiant dreams in their eyes.

Last year, in International Month for Persons with Disabilities, we had the privilege of organizing over 150 events across 100 organizations creating direct livelihood opportunities for 1,500+ people with disabilities. This year we’re excited to see many companies around the country and worldwide preparing impactful initiatives to celebrate one of the most significant events in the disability inclusion space.
