Atypical Advantage is now in AHMEDABAD. Our training centre is based near Paldi Bus Stop, that caters to the upskilling of persons with disabilities. With expert counselors, interpreters and trainers in IT practical's and theory, we have already provided free of cost training to more than 100+ candidates and the batches are running in full swing. Nagarro recently held a convocation ceremony for its second batch of neurodivergent candidates who successfully completed the TestingPro program. Through this initiative Nagarro is not only creating meaningful job opportunities for neurodivergent talent in the IT industry but is also making essential skills accessible to them. The 12-week program empowers candidates from across the country with skills in software testing, Agile, test automation, and more, culminating in an ISTQB certification. JLL's Diversity Parade, featured 10 talented singers across 9 office locations. The electrifying collaboration between our performers and JLL employees created an unforgettable experience. While Our singers performed together with JLL employees without prior rehearsal, four new performers made their debut with Atypical Advantage, showcasing their skills and gaining valuable exposure. The Joy of Giving Week at Atypical Advantage brought smiles to multiple faces- those who took the initiative, those who benefited from it, and those who heard these stories. While our employees in Delhi saw kids selling toys or balloons, bought a few and gifted them back, the one in Mumbai ordered food from Zomato and had lunch with the delivery boy at home, ensuring they felt valued. Meanwhile our Kolkata team created cloth bags from old T-shirts and distributed them among the needy, as an initiative to give back to the environment. At AA, October was joyous.
Buddy Up, an Inclusive Friendship App for People with Disabilities and Caregivers is here! Buddy Up allows you to find friends based on age group, interests, location, disability, gender, etc. Caregivers too can help find friends for their children / wards and connect with other caregivers. If you are looking for a like-minded friend, give this app a shot.
