What is happening at Atypical Advantage? <Tap to Know>
A one-day women's leadership workshop was organized on September 13th for Nestle, where we saw participation from 35 women leaders. This one-of-a-kind workshop not only sensitized them on important aspects like fostering inclusive leadership and empathy but also ensured that participants had fun while immersing themselves in such sensitive topics. Diversity Line-up, Privilege Walk, Perspective Switch, and many more experiential activities were conducted to ensure the concepts were ingrained in their minds. The workshop concluded perfectly with co-created art and a soulful performance by artists with disabilities. The leadership tree at the venue's heart gave a strong message, making this workshop unforgettable for all participants for a long time.
Shibani Ghoshwas born with autism and without vision. While she wasn't expected to achieve any success in life, she did more. She became a voice that touches the soul. Music became Shibani's world from childhood, and with her parents' support, she performed over 500 times, appeared on TV and radio, and even went viral.
