Atypical Advantage, in collaboration with Extramile, successfully orchestrated a remarkable performance involving 10 singers across multiple locations in 9 JLL offices for their Diversity Parade, allowing us to work with 4 new talents from across the country. The synergy between our talented performers and the JLL employees resulted in an unforgettable performance during the parade. This unique collaboration marked a significant milestone for our singers, as they seamlessly joined forces with the employees, showcasing their talent without prior rehearsal. 

Earlier, last week, Atypcal Advantage had the pleasure of visiting DANA in Sanand, where we experienced a highly productive and encouraging meeting. Despite common industry challenges in hiring individuals with disabilities, particularly regarding safety concerns, we were impressed by the HR team's overwhelmingly positive attitude. Our interaction with the team was engaging and informative, with thoughtful questions and discussions.We appreciate DANA's commitment to diversity and inclusion and look forward to our future collaborations.

Atypical Advantage participated in a mega job drive hosted by Samarthanam Foundation in collaboration with the Government of India. Held at the National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities in Baranagar, this impactful drive drew over 400 enthusiastic candidates, showcasing exceptional skills and talents despite physical disabilities. Witnessing the participants' determination and resilience highlighted the importance of inclusive workforce opportunities. It was truly inspiring to see the positive impact of such initiatives, fostering empowerment, confidence, and economic independence among individuals with disabilities.
