Lonavala was transformed into a vibrant canvas of creativity, diversity, and inclusion when leaders from Regal Rexnord's embarked on a journey of artistic expression and sensitization. Seven talented artists, inspired by the theme of "Inclusion, Diversity, and Engagement," crafted breathtaking artworks each ceremoniously handed over to the leaders. The event was further enriched by a poignant sensitization session, conducted by Vineet Saraiwala, Founder & CEO, Atypical Advantage, which sparked meaningful conversations. An experiential learning booth was also set up, providing an immersive experience that deepened the understanding of inclusion and diversity. The event's impact was eloquently captured by Mr. Rishi Bhatnagar, Regional President of Regal Rexnord, whose words resonated deeply with the audience sparking lively discussions that continued even after the event.
Inclusion Storm at Asian Paints
Asian Paint's sensitizing journey began in Mumbai and expanded to Mysore and Kolkata. The goal was to educate the sales team, who had never discussed disability before. But surprisingly, they were eager to learn and engage. While many employees left with a newfound understanding and empathy, many shared personal stories of family members with disabilities and how they now better understood their challenges. By experiencing life from a different perspective, employees have gained a fresh understanding that will forever change how they interact with people with disabilities. The event saw an overwhelming response, with 50+ enthusiastic candidates participating.
