As a feature of the Diversity Bazaar event, Nagarro aimed to honor diversity by organizing live caricature stalls featuring Anjan Satish at their Gurgaon office on June 21st. The main objective was to highlight the skill and innovation of artists with disabilities, offering an engaging and interactive art encounter for attendees. Anjan, accompanied by his parents from Kochi, delighted approximately 60 participants with his lively caricatures, making the event memorable for all involved.
In a recent article in the Economic Times, Garima Mishra, SVP & HR Head, Brookfield Properties India, highlighted the significant role Atypical Advantage has played in their hiring process. Atypical Advantage assisted Brookfield Properties in recruiting persons with disabilities from prestigious institutes like IIM Bangalore. Atypical Academy has launched an English Learning Course conducted in Indian Sign Language, designed exclusively for individuals with hearing impairment. This course focuses on enabling participants to master crucial elements of the English language, ensuring they develop proficiency and confidence, particularly in interview settings. Commencing on July 1st, the course has gained enthusiastic feedback from the hearing impaired community and we aim to extend its accessibility to the right audience.
