Godrej Consumer hosted a hiring drive aimed at providing meaningful employment opportunities to persons with disabilities. This event saw the enthusiastic participation of over 40 candidates with disabilities. Candidates participated in aptitude tests and interviews to assess their skills and competencies, ensuring the right match for the available roles. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks and tote bags were presented as tokens of gratitude to the selected candidates, organizing team, and hiring managers. We are proud to announce that 9 individuals were successfully placed in various blue-collar and white-collar roles and the entire team was appreciative of the talent that persons with disabilities hold. 

The recent Nivea Job Drive held at Atypical's Ahmedabad Training Centre witnessed remarkable participation and success. A total of 54 candidates stepped forward to seize the opportunity for the role of Technical Associate, focusing on blue-collar hiring. Out of these, 49 candidates successfully cleared the rigorous assessment test, showcasing their skills and dedication. The recruiters from Nivea were thoroughly impressed with the calibre of candidates who attended the interview. As a gesture of appreciation, all candidates who cleared the assessment test received special hampers from Nivea. 

The beginning of this month marked the launch of a unique English learning course specifically designed for learners with hearing impairments. The first batch is in full swing, with participants from various parts of the country united by a common goal: to excel in English.

"The English Master Course is a boon to individuals who are deaf. They are eager to excel in their careers and are actively participating despite language barriers. This course equips them with the critical English skills needed to land jobs and advance in the workplace – a true game-changer for their future," says Akhil Sakella, Trainer at Atypical Academy.
