We are excited to announce the launch of our collaboration with NIVEA INDIA Sanand to hire persons with disabilities. NIVEA is committed to a comprehensive program that focuses on safety, sensitization, career progression, and productivity to integrate persons with disabilities into their workforce in Sanand. Hereβs a snapshot from our kickoff call, marking the beginning of this journey. We hope this initiative will inspire similar hiring practices at other NIVEA plants in India and worldwide!
Earlier this week, GE Aerospace hosted Sai Kaustuv, renowned Happiness Coach and Motivational Speaker, for an enlightening event themed βInclusion Matters, for, with, and by People with Disabilities. Sai Kautsavβs session delved deep into the importance of fostering an inclusive environment, emphasizing that true inclusion is not just about integrating people with disabilities but also empowering them to lead and inspire. Jayanth Sekar, Senior Director of Data Science at GE Aerospace in Bangalore, shared his thoughts: βIt was a wonderful session, extremely inspiring and thought-provoking.β
SMHFC has been celebrating their employees' work anniversaries with cakes from Atypical Bakery. Our bakers with disabilities have lovingly delivered over 10 cakes, enhancing the celebrations of SMHFC employees' unwavering dedication towards their work.
