We had the privilege of conducting a Leadership Sensitization Session at the Nivea Sanand Plant, a truly enriching experience! Through interactive simulation games and a project overview, we introduced the concept of disability, fostering empathy and understanding. The session began with a blindfold walk and puzzle-solving exercise, giving leaders a firsthand experience of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. The core team's enthusiasm and dedication to inclusivity were remarkable, showcasing a culture that truly values diversity.

Disability Sensitization Session for JK Cement in Gurgaon: With approximately 35 participants from HR, CS, IT, and other teams present, this session marked a significant step in JK Cement's inclusion journey. Led by Shradha Kundra, Head of Inclusive Hiring at Atypical Advantage, the session received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with participants expressing a deeper understanding of disability inclusion. From conducting accessibility audits to sensitization sessions, we are all set to assist JK Cements in fostering a more inclusive and accessible work environment.
