The response from Delhi and Mumbai has been overwhelming, as our artists came together to co-create stunning art on a shared canvas. Our Founder & CEO, Vineet Saraiwala, recently had the opportunity to meet the dedicated team behind Indigo's Disability Inclusion program in Delhi. "I was truly inspired by the stories of inclusion shared by Rakesh and Suchita, and the meticulous efforts they've made to lay a strong foundation," he remarked. Notably, Indigo employs hundreds of individuals with disabilities, and we recently collaborated with them to provide sign language training to their entire crew, ensuring seamless communication. Next time you fly with Indigo, take a moment and greet the crew in Indian Sign Language (ISL) - it's a small gesture that can make a big difference!
This Independence Day, we were driven by a mission to make every individual feel included. Despite 78 years of independence, we still grapple with the shackles of bias, discrimination, and cruelty, reminding us that true freedom remains an unfinished journey.
