CHAYANIT is a powerful ensemble of neurodivergent musicians based in Delhi NCR, blending talent, authenticity, and advocacy into every performance. Founded by drummer Chayan Taneja and pianist Devanga Bidrum Kalita, the band also features guitarist Kevin Aryan Mitchell, vocalist Eshaan Pratap Singh, and session artist Shreyam Shreevardhan—all of whom bring both musical mastery and lived experiences of autism, ADHD, and specific learning differences. Launched officially in May 2025 under the Hyundai India Art for Hope initiative, CHAYANIT has since performed at esteemed venues like Travancore Palace, Stein Auditorium (IHC), and Varunika Naval Auditorium in partnership with the Indian Navy and Sankalp School. Their repertoire spans Western classical, rock, and Bollywood, delivered with sincerity, warmth, and undeniable skill. CHAYANIT does not seek sympathy—they champion real inclusion, representation, and systems that uplift. Their music is not just performance, but purpose-driven expression that challenges perceptions and celebrates neurodiversity.
