Dr Lalithkumar is a disability rights activist who founded the NGO "Love and Acceptance," aimed at raising awareness about the rights of individuals with disabilities. He has been living with partial sensation and mobility loss below the waist since he was 11 due to transverse myelitis. Despite this, he embarked on a 4200 km journey from Kanyakumari to Khardungla on his customized Enfield Bullet Desert Storm 500c to raise awareness of disability rights and established CDEEARR (Center for Disability Education, Employment Advocacy, Research, and Rehabilitation) in 1991.
