Sai Kaustuv Dashgupta, a 90% differently-abled Wheelchair Warrior, defies the challenges of Brittle Bone Disease, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, with a radiant smile. A National Awardee, India’s first certified disabled Happiness Coach, Global Motivational and TEDx speaker, he's a beacon of hope for millions, overcoming 50+ fractures, and 80% hearing deficiency. He received a National Award from the President of India for his exceptional contributions to accessibility, inclusion, and diversity. Confined to an electric wheelchair 24x7, Sai can only move one finger, yet he achieved international acclaim as a Creative Visual Designer, Global D&I Champion and representing India at the UN to advocate disability inclusion under SDG10.


As as 4th Global Icon in Diverse Leadership, he has inspired diverse audiences globally through 1000+ seminars, impacting global leaders, scholars, doctors, students, teachers, the LGBTQ community, and corporate IT professionals in various institutes in various institutes like Microsoft, Accenture, Novartis, Intuit, Marriott Hotels, Regeneron, Dayanand Sagar Academy, IndoUSRare, Happiest Mind Technologies, Jain University, BMS College of Engineering, etc. in different states of India, as well as virtually in various countries.
