Arjit Mishra is a passionate young musician and performer from Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, who has shown remarkable dedication to the field of Indian classical music despite the challenges of living with a 50% intellectual disability. Born on 10 September 2004, Arjit has consistently pursued his artistic journey with determination, discipline, and enthusiasm. He is currently pursuing an M.A. in Hindustani Vocal Music from Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University after successfully completing his Bachelor’s degree in Hindustani Vocal Music with first division marks.
Arjit has also earned Junior and Senior Diplomas in Tabla and completed multiple certified levels in Vocal Music, including Praveshika, Madhyama, and Vid Diploma. Along with Hindustani vocal singing, he is skilled in playing Tabla, Harmonium, and Synthesizer, showcasing his versatility as a musician. His performances reflect a deep connection with Indian classical traditions and a sincere love for rhythm and melody.
Apart from music, Arjit possesses basic computer knowledge and actively participates in sports such as cricket, badminton, and football. His commitment to learning and self-improvement continues to inspire those around him. Supported strongly by his family, especially his mother Bharti Mishra, Arjit aims to build a meaningful career in music and contribute positively to society through his talent and perseverance.
