Short Bio

Master Pratham was born on 2nd April 2007 in Mumbai, often called "Mayanagri." Pratham was blind from birth. His true journey began when he was 4 years old. Pratham joined "Matalaxmi Nursing Home," located near King Circle, Mumbai. There, he was trained in everything, from how to eat to dressing himself — in other words, how to become an "independent person." Thanks to Shilpa Miss and other teachers, Pratham was trained so well that he could attend a regular school, not a special school. He got admission to S.V.I.S, Swami Vivekanand International School.

I feel very blessed that all the teachers at S.V.I.S have been very supportive of Pratham. They have arranged special counseling sessions for him. Pratham is not only brilliant in academics but also excellent at playing the keyboard. At the age of 7, he began learning the keyboard from his guru, Mayur Sir. Pratham quickly became skilled at playing the keyboard and singing, earning numerous awards for his talent. He has won five national awards:

1. Muskan Trust, Katra, Jammu and Kashmir.
2. Prajahita Sansthan, Kerala.
3. Sabal Awards, Ranchi, Jharkhand, UP.
4. Dreamers Dreams, Lucknow, UP.
5. Gaurav Puraskar by GKKS, Silvassa, Gujarat.

In addition, he has also received many sports awards from the AAISHA Foundation. Pratham was even honored by the Honourable Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari.

Currently, Pratham is a member of his own musical group, named the Hetu Musical Group, and he performs in many musical shows both in and outside of Mumbai. He has even worked with Ayushmann Khurrana on a song for the movie Andhadhun. The actor praised his performance. Moreover, Pratham has acted in a Hindi movie where the main lead was played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Pratham got the opportunity to be the main lead in this movie with the renowned actor because of his talent.

Pratham has achieved 90.20% in his SSC board exams and has chosen mainstream subjects, not easier options. Pratham never gives up; he sees challenges as opportunities. Thanks to his resilience, he is on the path to success. In this digital age, Pratham uses a computer with the NVDA screen reader, which helps him understand notes, messages, and more. He has excellent knowledge of technology and aspires to be a software engineer.
