Payal’s Journey as an interpreter started out of pure curiosity, as she just wanted to learn how to communicate with people with hearing impairments of any kind. As she started learning sign language, she learned about the professional side of it and considered it a profession for herself. Eventually, she decided to go for it, as she would love to bridge the gap between the deaf community and society. Payal has interpreted for the ART FAIR, and that is her most memorable event experience to date.
