Sarah had to learn sign
language at a very young age, so she could communicate with her parents. While
Sarah isn’t your typical certified interpreter, she has been interpreting for
her parents and their friends from an early age. Even though she has been interpreting for a long time, it is only recently that she started recognizing herself as a professional interpreter. In her career, the experience that matters most according to her has been when she worked as an interpreter to the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva with the Indian Delegation for the 22nd Session of the
UNCRPD. She has also interpreted for the legendary A.R Rehman and many more
artists.
