In his stint at a deaf school, Saurav realized the importance of accurate and ethical translation. He realized how unfair it is for a community to be misrepresented. Hence, he took it on himself to make a difference because actions speak louder than words. He started work with deaf experts like Dr. Alim, Sibaji Panda and, Saudamini Pethe. Saurav has worked at Disabled People International with AR Rehman Sufi Routes and India Inclusion Summit. Currently, he is looking for an opportunity to enhance his knowledge and experience.
