Swara is a trailblazing figure in the field of music therapy, advocating for neurodiversity through her own experiences as an autistic individual. A graduate of Berklee College of Music in the USA with a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy, she has honed her skills through diverse practicums spanning special education, older adults, community, psychiatry, and medical settings. Her nine-month internship at the Community Music Center of Boston enriched her ability to work with neurodivergent individuals across age groups. At V-Excel Educational Center in Nashik, she continued her impactful work with neurodivergent children as a Music Therapist.

Currently pursuing a Master's in Expressive Arts Therapy with a focus on Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University, Swara's dedication to enhancing therapeutic practices remains unwavering. Alongside her therapeutic endeavors, Swara is a gifted singer, having showcased her talents as a member of the Berklee Indian Ensemble. Collaborating with renowned artists like Vijay Prakash, Shreya Ghoshal, and Indian Ocean, she contributed to the Grammy-nominated album "Shuruaat." Additionally, her involvement in "The Lotus Sound," a circle singing group, underscores her commitment to fostering harmony through music in diverse communities. Swara's journey exemplifies the transformative power of music and art in fostering healing, connection, and inclusivity.
